If necessary, doctors and patients have a modernly equipped operating room and a cozy day hospital.
Services offered by the Women’s Health Center:
- hysteroscopy (Hysteroscopy is a method of examining the uterine cavity that allows the doctor to view the uterine cavity under visual control and perform minor surgical operations in the uterine cavity. The examination is performed under intravenous anesthesia.)
- abrasion of the fractional test of the uterine cavity
- removal of cervical polyp and uterine cavity polyp
- insertion of an intrauterine spiral under temporary intravenous anesthesia
- early medical termination of pregnancy
- cervical excision (conization) (If cervical biopsy results confirm CIN 2/3 changes, only surgical treatment is required.
This is called a loop or cone excision of the cervical mucosa.
This is a minimally invasive surgery performed in the Women’s Health Center’s day-patient setting under intravenous or local sedation. During excision, the changed mucous membrane of the cervix is cut out, which is then sent again for histological examination.)
