Conducted more than 50 classes in the projects implemented by SPKC, the Ministry of Health, and Gulbene, Daugavpils districts. Lectures on healthy nutrition for all age groups.
Consults on various issues related to nutrition, such as:
weight correction,
Menu correction,
Improving well-being and nutrition,
Menu during pregnancy / lactation periods,
Chronic diseases and nutrition.
In 2013, she obtained a professional bachelor’s degree in health care, specializing in nutrition.
In 2019, she obtained a master’s degree in health sciences in nutrition.
